PROBLEMS I WORK ON

Technology problems that need structure before they need more tools.

Fragmented operations

Systems, infrastructure and processes that do not work as one coherent operating model.

Manual or slow processes

Operational work that can be redesigned, automated or supported by better information flows.

Unclear technology decisions

Projects that need requirements, architecture and technology selection before investment begins.

Implementation and quality risk

Projects that require technical supervision, vendor coordination, QA and independent validation.

SERVICES

Focused technical work. Defined around the problem.

01

Product & Solution Architecture

Problem framing, requirements, functional and technical architecture, technology selection and implementation criteria.

02

Applied AI & Automation

Identify where AI or automation is useful, design the workflow and integrate it into an operationally viable solution.

03

Technology Modernization & Integration

Assess current platforms, redesign information flows and plan migration, integration or infrastructure change.

04

Technical Direction, QA & Oversight

Review architecture, implementation, suppliers, risks, consistency, maintainability and alignment with the original business problem.

SELECTED WORK

Recent products and earlier transformation work.

PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE · EDUCATION · APPLIED AI

Tutor de Lectura

Reading-training product for children: listen → read aloud → analyze → correct → repeat → comprehend → track progress.

  • Product concept and value proposition
  • Functional and technical architecture
  • User experience and pedagogical criteria
  • Voice/reading analysis and product evolution strategy
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE · OFFLINE-FIRST · EDUCATION

Plataforma Educativa NEM

Architecture for an educational platform built around real constraints in connectivity, hardware cost, content processing and classroom operation.

  • Knowledge, conceptual, logical and physical architecture
  • Functional and software architecture
  • Technical contracts and interfaces
  • Offline-first operation, update and synchronization model
PWA · CONVERSATIONAL AI · VOICE

Tutor de Idiomas

Conversational language-learning PWA for non-technical users, using voice, text and AI. Built to a functional version, published, installed and used in pilot testing.

  • Simple interaction model for non-technical users
  • Voice and text learning flow
  • Published web application and pilot use
SYSTEMS TRANSFORMATION Monthly accounting close reduced from approximately 3–4 days to ~6 hours.
IT OPERATING MODEL External support restructured from about five consultants (~1,000 contracted hours/month) to one, while the internal team grew from 4 to 8.

ABOUT

Experience across software, systems, infrastructure, networks, IT management, consulting and product architecture.

My work has consistently centered on understanding the real problem, translating it into technical requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, coordinating specialists, supervising implementation and validating the result.

Current focus: product architecture, solution architecture, applied AI, automation, QA and technical leadership. Academic background in Computer Engineering — Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
